In Kandhamal, the temperature is falling and the winter is increasing. Over the past few days, the temperature has been steadily declining, and there has been snowfall, along with dense fog. In the two days, the temperature dropped by 2.5 degrees Celsius to 11 degrees Celsius. The people of the area are enjoying the first winter when the winter has touched Kandhamal late.
