Amaravati: The picket chariot of the well-known Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple situated at Andhra Pradesh’s East Godavari district caught fireplace on the wee hours of Sunday (September 6).

A crew of police and fireplace bridge was rushed to the spot. In accordance with the Andhra Pradesh police, the 40-feet excessive chariot caught fireplace at round 1 am. The hearth was extinguished by three am.

Nonetheless, no casualties have been reported within the incident. In the meantime, the state authorities ordered an inquiry into the incident to ascertain the reason for the hearth.

”We have now appointed Endowments Further Commissioner Ramachandra Mohan because the inquiry officer. He has been requested to coordinate with the police and decide the reason for the hearth”, Endowments Minister Velampalli Srinivas advised PTI.

The chariot product of teak wooden was parked in a shed on the temple premises. The chariot is often used solely throughout the ‘Radhotsavam’ on the Lords celestial wedding ceremony festivities.
