President Ram Nath Kovind, PM Narendra Modi to handle Governor’s Convention on Nationwide Schooling Coverage 2020 on September 7


President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are scheduled to inaugural session of the Governors’ Convention on Nationwide Schooling Coverage (NEP) on Monday (September 7) at 10:30 AM. 

“Deliberations from this convention will strengthen efforts to make India a information hub,” PM Modi tweeted. 

The Convention titled “Function of NEP-2020 in Remodeling Greater Schooling” can even be attended by training ministers of all states. It’s being organized by the Union Ministry of Schooling and will likely be held via a video convention.

The NEP-2020 is the primary training coverage of the 21st century which was introduced after 34 years of the earlier Nationwide Coverage on Schooling 1986. It’s directed in direction of main reforms in each college and better training degree.

“The brand new Nationwide Schooling Coverage strives for making India into an equitable and vibrant information society. The Ministry of Schooling and College Grants Fee had earlier organised a ‘Conclave on Transformational Reforms in Greater Schooling underneath Nationwide Schooling Coverage-2020’, which was addressed by PM Modi.
