67 protesters arrested in Isfahan US ‘deeply concerned’.

Since previous past month the protest has been taking place in Zayandeh Rood river due to water shortages are due to draught situation, but critics says it is also due to the mismanagement.

“We have arrested 67 of the main actors and  rabble rouser behind the trouble and there were 2000-3000 “rioters” present in the protest”. Police General Hassan Karami said to the reporters.

In Isfahan from November 9 demonstration have been taking place, 340 kilometres to the south of Tehran.
