The process of bringing back fugitive Vijay Mallya to India is underway. The process was started two years ago. However, after this, the case has fallen into the trap of the law. The hearing is currently underway in the Supreme Court. Vijay Mallya’s lawyer has refused to fight the case, which is currently going on in the Supreme Court. According to the lawyer, Vijay Mallya has no address. That’s why he can’t talk to her. Therefore, it is not possible for him to fight the case in such a situation, said Vijay Mallya’s lawyer.

Vijay Mallya’s case with The State Bank of India is going on. Advocate E C Agarwal, appearing for Vijay Mallya, was looking into the matter. However, in a recent hearing, he refused to contest Mallya’s case. A bench of Justices Chandrachud and Hima Kohli told PTI that Mallya is now probably in the UK. But all he has is his email. So in such a situation, he is not even able to talk to her properly. So he asked her to be discharged from the case.

The Supreme Court has also accepted the appeal of Mallya’s lawyer. However, with the next hearing of the case scheduled for January, it seems that Mallya’s troubles may increase. This year, the Supreme Court sentenced Mallya to four months in jail in a case. He was sentenced for not complying with the court’s order.
