Cuttack: The High Court has accepted the petition filed by The Utkal Sammelan in connection with the Baliyatra plot allotment dispute case. The court ordered that the plot be provided in exchange for Rs 1,000. The district collector for Cuttack went to the high court in person and promised to follow the court’s order right away.
