Santosh Khatua, the BJD’s MLA candidate from the Nilgiris, has been instrumental in the development of educational institutions. Mr. Khatua had gone to the invitation of the students and teachers of Pratapda High School in South Narsinghpur gram panchayat under the Aupada block of the Nilgiris constituency. He had given his own Rs 60,000 for the construction of a science laboratory in the school and tried to sanction Rs 5 lakh from the SPF fund to the Odisha government. Now he is working hard for the development of the school. He discussed how the development work will be expedited once the school falls under five. The people of the area have praised him for his generosity.
