Ramchandra Nayak, 70, of Rasamunda village in Paikmal block of Bargarh district under The Narsinghnath range, was attacked by an elephant when he had gone to relieve himself. As a result, he died in an elephant attack.

According to reports, two elephants have been roaming in the Narsinghnath range area for the past few days. The forest department informed that the two elephants attacked the men.
