Surya Kumar’s half-century: India beat 133, set a target of 134 runs in front of South Africa

In today’s match between India and South Africa, the Indian batsmen performed disappointingly. Barring Surya Kumar, no one could bat successfully. As a result, the team was able to score only 133 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Now South Africa need to meet the target of 134 to win.

India won the toss and elected to bat first. However, both of India’s openers failed. The highly anticipated batsman Virat Kohli also failed. Only Suryakumar fought alone. Surya scored 68 runs while Rohit Sharma scored 15 and Virat scored 12 runs.
