Twitter to pay Parag’s $24 million for Musk before being fired from job

New Delhi:Tesla CEO Elon Musk has taken a big step after buying out social media platform Twitter. Musk has laid off top officials, including the company’s CEO, Parag Agarwal. Although there is no information from Twitter, it has been reported in various media. However, it will not be free for Musk to remove Parag from the job. He will have to pay a total amount of compensation for this.

According to the rules, as soon as a person becomes the CEO of a company, he is also given some shares of the company in addition to the salary. In that sense, some of the shares of Twitter are with Parag. In such a situation, if Musk is leaving the job, then the company will have to pay the price of his shares in the company.

According to Reuters, Musk will pay him $48 million in stock after laying off 346 Indians worth Rs 346 crore.
